Medical Warnings can be added to Patients from two areas of the Patient Profile.

Notes: Medical Warning: To have Medical Warnings navigate to Settings>General>Patients>Medical Profile Section>Medical Warnings. When you are in the patient Intake tab enter a warning concerning the issue you need to be alerted of when the patient is being charted. The Medical Warning tab will be highlighted in red. |

Patient Warning: In the patient profile, there is a Warning field located on the right side of the page about half way down. Enter text in this section that shows as a warning icon on the appointment block and popup when you are booking an appointment to alert you of the warning if you have the popup enabled. To enable popups navigate to Settings>General>Patients>Patient Profile>Warnings/Alerts. |
1. From the Patient Profile Intake tab
Select the +Add button under the Medical Warnings heading.
2. While Charting in the Medical Warnings tab
Under the Medical Warnings header, select +Add
Once added, the Medical Warnings tab will be highlighted in red to alert the User to view the warning.
These details will also be found under the Patient Profile, Intake Tab, Medical Warnings section.
2. From the Patient Profile Charting
Add a patient Medical Warning by navigating to the patient profile, Intake tab, Medical Profile.
Select +Add to add a new warning.
Enter the content for the warning and Save Warning.
