If your patient forgets their password, they are able to easily recover and access to the Patient Portal. By simply clicking on the Reset Password? link on the login page.
Step 2
The patient is redirected to enter their Username/Email Address (same as in their Juvonno Patient Profile), check off I'm not a robot and hit Send.
Soon after they will receive an email from Juvonno with the directions on how to reset their password.
