If your patient forgets their password, they are able to easily recover and access to the Patient Portal. By simply clicking on the Reset Password? link on the login page.
The patient is redirected to enter their Username/Email Address (same as in their Juvonno Patient Profile), check off I'm not a robot and hit Send.
Soon after they will receive an email from Juvonno/Global Office Software with the directions on how to reset their password.
