How to Manually Upload and Download Manitoba Health Files via the Portal

If your Juvonno connection to the Manitoba Health portal is temporarily unavailable, follow these steps to manually upload claim submissions and download remittance reports.

Part 1: Uploading a Submission File to the Manitoba Portal

1. In Juvonno, go to Accounting.

2. Click Generate Submission in the Manitoba Health box.

3. In the popup, click Create Submission.

4. Click View Claim Submission.

5. Click the Download button to save the file to your computer.

6. Log into the Manitoba Health Portal.

7. Click on Claim Submission.

8. Click Choose File and select the submission file downloaded in step 5.

9. Click Upload to submit the file.

   

Part 2: Manually Parsing a Remittance File in Juvonno

1. Log into the Manitoba Health Portal.

2. Click Remittance Reports.

3. Click the report name you want to download and save it to your computer.

4. Open Juvonno and go to Accounting.

5. Click Parse Remittance.

6. Click Choose File and select the remittance file you just downloaded.

7. Click Send File to complete the parsing.
