Juvonno supports custom branding in several key areas of the system, allowing you to personalize how your Clinic appears across client-facing touchpoints. This guide walks you through how to implement logos and custom colours in your system.
Clinic-Level Custom Branding
If your organization operates multiple clinic locations, Juvonno allows you to assign location-specific custom branding:
- Logos can be customized per Clinic location. This ensures that each Clinic presents the correct visual identity when different locations use distinct logos.
- QR Codes used in Clinic or Practitioner Profiles can be colour-customized. You can change the background colour of these QR codes to reflect your brand colours.
- Juvonno offers a customizable style editor for the Patient Portal to match your Clinic’s visual custom branding. This includes:
- Link colours
- Button and button text colours
Logo Management
Your Clinic’s logo can be managed in:
- The Company profile
- The Clinic profile
Adding your logo to the Company profile is enough if you have a single clinic, or if you have multiple clinics that use the same logo. However, if you have more than one clinic, and they have different logos, then you have the opportunity to add a different logo in the Clinic profile.

Custom Colours in Client Emails
You can also apply your custom colours to automated client communications such as email reminders. Within the Email Style section of your settings, you can configure:
- Email header colour
- Button and text colours
Step 1
Navigate to Email Style in the General System Settings menu
In the General System Settings, click Reminders & Notifications

Once configured, the changes will apply to all outgoing client emails, including appointment reminders, confirmations, and system-generated messages.
To view an example of your branded emails, navigate to a client's profile and check their System Emails tab. Here, you can preview how the custom styling appears from the recipient’s perspective.
| Note: Custom colours will only appear on emails sent after your changes were saved. Emails sent before the update will not reflect the new styling. |
