How to Create a One-time JComm Email Template and Send it From the Patient Profile

Quickly reach out to a patient directly from inside their Patient Profile. This article will walk you through How to Create a One-time JComm Email and Send it From the Patient Profile.

 

Step 1: Create a New Email Campaign

Hover over the icon then select New Campaign

 

Then select Email under Select Message Type, Custom under Select Template and Continue

 

Enter your Campaign Name then Build My Campaign

 

Step 2: Build an Email Template

Enter in your Subject and fill in the body of your email template

Note: Email content and Subject can be edited prior to sending to the patient

 

 

Once you've finished editing your email, under Select a Trigger set the dropdown menu to Sent Manually 

 

Then under Scheduling, click the checkbox beside Ongoing and finally Set Campaign Live

 

Step 3: Send the Email

Inside a Patient Profile, under Contact Details select the icon beside Email

 

In the pop-up menu, under Campaign select your email template then Send Email

 

Editing the Email Before Sending

To edit an email before sending, select Preview & Edit 

 

Make your changes then Save Campaign 

 

The Result

The email has been sent to the patient.
