What You Need

Using AI SOAP Notes
AI SOAP Notes can organize your observations into a structured SOAP note and refine spelling and grammar. You can use it with notes you've entered manually or with a transcript created using dictation.
Enter your observations in the Observations tab inside the patient’s chart
- Go to the Notes tab
- Click Run AI SOAP
- Review the generated SOAP note
Make any necessary edits
- Click Complete & Close to finish your chart
