How to Create a Year-end Reactivation Call List using Patient Insights

Power up your clinic's benefits season game plan by generating a complete reactivation call list. This article will walk you through How to Create a Year-end Reactivation Call List using Patient Insights.

 

Note: If you don't have access to Patient Insights, please contact your clinic administrator. To grant access while logged in as an Admin 2, go to Settings>User Types>Edit User Type>Reporting>Report Builders: Granted

 

Step 1: Navigate to Reports

From inside Reports, select Patient Insights under Report Builders

 

Step 2: Create your Report Parameters

From here, you will select your Report Filters and Report Includes fields

 

There are two sets of parameters you can use for this step: Benefits expiring with no future appointment or Drop-offs with benefits expiring

 

Benefits Expiring with No Future Appointments

Use the following parameters to generate a list of all patients whose benefits expire on January 1st and have no future appointments booked

 

Report Filters Report Includes
Future Appointment Booked (Y/N)  Patient First & Last Name
Insurance Reset Date: January 1st Phone Number

 

Drop-offs with Expiring Benefits

Use the following parameters to generate a list of all patients that have dropped-off and whose benefits expire on January 1st

 

Report Filters Report Includes
Last Appointment (Date Range) Patient First Name
Future Appointment Booked (Y/N)  Patient Last Name
Insurance Reset Date: January 1st Phone Number
Practitioner Seen  

 

Once you've set your parameters select Build

 

Step 3: Save your Report

After creating your report parameters, enter your Report Name and select Save New

 

Conclusion

Your custom report will now be saved in the Reports dropdown menu for future use
