Why Can’t a Patient Log In

More often than not the patient is simply entering the wrong username and password.

First, be sure the patient is entering the email address you have on their Patient Profile.

Second, the Username and Password fields are case-sensitive. Be sure the user is entering their username and password with this in mind.

If the patient continues to be unsuccessful in logging in, have the patient select the “Forgot Password” button to reset their password.
