- Show or hide specific fields: Tailor the patient profile to include only the information most relevant to your practice.

With these customization options, you can streamline your data collection process and create patient profiles that best suit your workflow needs.
Customizing the Patient Profile
- Go to Settings
Under System & Company Settings, select General
Select Patients
Go to the Patient Profile section
- Review the available fields and select
- Show: This field will be visible
- Hide: This field will not show
- Mandatory: This field will need to be completed before a Patient Profile can be saved
| 💡Tip: Not every field will offer each of the above options and First Name and Last Name fields are not customizable. |
- Click Save
Result
The Patient Profile will display fields you have chosen to show. Fields that were selected to be Mandatory will need to be completed before the profile can be saved.
