Enable Alphabet Selection for Patient Search

Alphabet Selection allows you to filter your Patients by First Name initial and/or Last Name initial. 

 

When To Use This 

Use this article when you want to enable the Alphabet Selection for the Patient Search. 

 

Permissions 

  • Access to Settings > General 

Contact your clinic administrator if you don't have the required access. 

 

Instructions

  1. Go to Settings 

  2. Under System & Company Settings, select General

     

 

  1. Select Patients 

     

 

  1. Scroll to the Search Columns section 

  2. Find View Alphabet Selection and set to Enabled 

     

 

  1. Click Save

 

Result 

Alphabet Selection will appear inside the Patient search:
