If you are trying to download a file to submit to OHIP and getting an error such as "unexpected error encountered and it cannot be determined if the claims were submitted successfully or not"
Step 1
Log into the GoSecure website to make sure that you can log in.
Step 2
Then go to Settings, Clinics and open the clinic details.
Step 3
Check that the Username and Password match GoSecure credentials.
Step 4
Then go to Accounting. Under the Ohip section select Module Settings.
Step 5
Check the Username matches then enter the Password, enter the password a second time to confirm it . Then Save.
Step 6
Try your download again.
