How to Create a New Patient Profile

Easily create and manage patient records with our step-by-step instructions to setting up a new Patient Profile. This article walks you through how to quickly add a patient from the Home page, including entering required details and saving the profile. You’ll also learn where to find and access existing Patient Profiles using the Patient Lookup and Patient icon.

Creating a New Patient Profile 

  1. Hover over the Patient icon
  2. Select New Patient

  1. Enter in the patient details
    • Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory while the others are optional
  2. Click Save

Accessing Patient Profiles 

You can access a Patient Profile by searching in the: 

  • Patient Lookup 
  • Patient icon
