Feature Overview: Follow-Ups

Organize your task and call reminders effortlessly by creating dedicated tabs for each Follow-Up Category in Juvonno. This article guides you through the purpose of each function and provides step-by-step instructions on setting up your follow-up workflows.

 

 

Setting Up Follow-Up Categories (Tabs)

Establishing Follow-Up Categories enables you to neatly organize your Follow-Up tasks, calls, and to-dos into tabs, enhancing the overall organization of your clinic's tasks.

Step 1: Locate in Settings

Navigate to Settings>Groups & Categories and select Follow-Up Categories.  

 

Note: If you don't have access to this setting, please contact your system administrator

Step 2: Create New Category

Select New Category to create a category.

 

 

Step 3: Finish Creating Category

Specify the category Name: Choose a name that clearly identifies the purpose of the follow-up (e.g., "Patient Referral Received" or "Contact Patient") 

Set the desired Days In The Future: Enter the desired number of days in the future (relative to today's date) for the follow-up to appear in the "Follow-Up" tab. This sets a default reminder date, but you can always adjust it when creating a specific follow-up.)

Choose a colour for the tab:  Select a colour to visually differentiate this category from others in the "Follow-Up" tab (purely for aesthetics).

 

Note: The Days In The Future setting determines the date listed within the Follow-Up tab. For instance, if you enter 30 days, the date displayed in the Follow-Up tab will be 30 days from the day you schedule the Follow-Up. You can always override this at the time of creation.

 

 

How To Schedule Follow-Ups

While there are several areas in Juvonno that have this function, this example shows how to schedule a new Follow-Up from the Follow-Ups tab.


Step 1: Open Follow-Ups Tab

From the Home schedule, select the Follow-Ups tab then select Add

 

Step 2: Creating the Follow-Up

Inside the Schedule Follow-Up window, enter in the Patient, select the Clinic, Schedule For, Category, Time & Date and add a Memo if needed then Save

Template

Select from available task templates created in settings. If using the follow-up method from the appointment itself, this field will be type-to-search.

Patient

Type-to-search a patient. When using the follow-up method from the appointment itself, the patient field will already be entered.

Schedule For

By default, the user logged in will be selected to be assigned the follow-up. Select any other staff members if you prefer to assign a follow-up to them.

Category

Choose out of the available Follow-up categories.

Time & Date

Set a time and date for the follow-up to be listed for.

Memo

The memo will by default appear based on the task template. Modify it if it requires adjustment.

 

View Scheduled Follow-Ups

Once created, Follow-Ups will be listed in three areas of Juvonno: 

1) Within the Follow-Ups tab, where they can be filtered by practitioner and clinic.

 


2) Under the Agenda>Follow-Ups heading in the Dashboard


3) Inside the Patient profile under Correspondence > Follow-Up Calls & To Dos tab
