How to Reset a Staff's Profile Password

This guide outlines how to change your password in the Juvonno system, whether you're a regular user or an administrator. It also covers what to do if you forget your password.

Overview

There are three ways to update your password in Juvonno:

  1. Change Your Password from Within Your User Account
  2. Change a Password from an Administrator Account
  3. Select Forgot Password

1. Change Your Password from Within your User Account

Step 1

Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of your Juvonno system and select Profile.

 

 

Step 2

Once in your account, navigate to the Login Tab. From there, adjust the New Password and Verify Password fields. To continue, both fields must be exactly the same and are case-sensitive.

 

 

 

2. Change a Password from an Administrator Account

If you have an administrator account, you may be able to adjust the user passwords of those with lower security access. This may come in handy when setting up new user profiles or adjusting a user's password that has simply been forgotten!

Step 1

Go to Settings > Staff, and depending on the user's role, select Administrators, Practitioners or Employees

 

 

Step 2

Once in the user's profile, navigate to the Login tab and adjust the New Password and Verify Password fields. Both fields must be exactly the same and are case-sensitive.

 

 

3. Select Forgot Password

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

Step 1

Visit your clinic login page and click on Reset Password

Note You must have a valid email address on your profile to receive this email.

 

Step 2

Enter the email address linked to your user profile. A password reset email will be sent to you inbox.

 

Step 3

Follow the link in the email to reset your password

Step 4

Enter and confirm your new password in the fields provided, ensuring it meets the password requirements outlined on screen. Then click Reset Password:
