How to Assign a Treatment Plan to a Patient's Profile 

Create From a Template

Patients Module > Open Patient Profile > Treatment Plans Tab > Actions Button > Create From a Template

Select from the drop-down list of treatment plan templates that have been set up.

Apply the template. The details of the treatment plan template will populate in the customer's profile.

Create a Blank Treatment Plan

Patients Module > Open Patient Profile > Treatment Plans Tab > Actions Button > Create a Blank Treatment Plan

Setting the action to 'create a blank treatment plan' defaults all fields to open fields that will need to be filled out. Fill out the details, products, and services, actions, insurance and documents and forms for the treatment plan as needed.
