Juvonno has a setting that allows you to control how cancelled appointments appear on the Schedule and whether they can be deleted.
When to Use This
Use this article when:
- You want cancelled appointments to remain visible on the Schedule
- You want cancelled appointments to be hidden from the Schedule
- You want to control whether cancelled appointments can be deleted
- You want to change how cancelled appointments are displayed
Permissions
Access to Settings > System & Company Settings > General
- Contact your clinic administrator if you don't have the required access.
Changing How Cancelled Appointments Are Displayed
Go to Settings

Under System & Company Settings, select General

- Select Scheduling

- Go to the Dashboards section
- Find Highlight & Display Cancelled Appointments and select the option you want:
- Enabled: Cancelled appointments are shown on the Schedule by default. You can hide them by turning off the Cancelled Appointments filter. Cancelled appointments can also be deleted.
- Disabled: Cancelled appointments are hidden from the Schedule by default. You can view them by applying the Cancelled Appointments filter. Cancelled appointments cannot be deleted.
- Delete Only: Cancelled appointments are hidden from the Schedule by default. You can view them by applying the Cancelled Appointments filter, and you can delete cancelled appointments.
Click Save

Using the Cancelled Appointments Filter
The Cancelled Appointments filter lets you show or hide cancelled appointments on the Schedule.
- Go to the Schedule
- Find Filters
- Click the down arrow
- Select or clear the Cancelled Appointments filter to show or hide cancelled appointments
| 💡Tip: Schedule filters are reset each time you log in, so you'll need to reapply or clear the Cancelled Appointments filter if needed. |
Result
Cancelled appointments will now display on the Schedule according to the option you selected.
Things to Know
Simply put, the options for Highlight & Display Cancelled Appointments behave like this:
Enabled = Show + Can Delete
Disabled = Hide + Can't Delete
Delete Only = Hide + Can Delete
