Use the Copy Last Chart feature to quickly reuse information from a previous chart instead of starting from scratch. Copy Last Chart pulls forward data from the most recent completed chart using the same template, giving you a head start while still allowing you to review and edit the chart as needed.

Using Copy Last Chart
- From My Dashboard, select Add Chart
- Select the tab of the chart you want to copy.
- Click Copy Last Chart and select the chart you'd like to copy
Result
The previous chart data will automatically populate into the new chart where you can edit it as needed.
Troubleshooting
Why is the Copy Last Chart option not working?
The feature only works when you are using the same chart template as the previous completed chart. If you switch to a different template, the option will not apply.
How many previous charts can Copy Last Chart pull from?
It can pull from the five most recent completed charts for the same patient.
Why is Copy Last Chart not working in the Notes tab?
This feature does not apply to the Notes tab.
