This setting allows overlapping or double-booked appointments when your clinic can accommodate more than one patient at a time.
This is useful when multiple patients can be seen at the same time, such as group sessions, overlapping treatments, or when a practitioner works with an assistant.

Result
The selected Schedule Type will now allow multiple appointments to be booked in the same timeslot based on the Allowed Conflicts value you set.
For example:
- Allowed Conflicts = 1 → up to 2 bookings per timeslot
- Allowed Conflicts = 2 → up to 3 bookings per timeslot
Avoid Common Issues
- Setting conflicts too high may lead to accidental overbooking.
- This setting only applies to the specific Schedule Type you edit. Other schedule types will not be affected.
