How to Set Up Follow-Up Categories and Schedule Follow-Up Tasks and Calls and Templates

To create a Task Template go to Settings, Under System Entities and Types select Task Template.

Select New Template.

Enter the name and Save.

To use the template go to the Home page, select Followups then New Followup.

Within the Template field select the down arrow and select from the options.
