Staff Daily COVID Survey
You are able to complete a COVID Survey within your own Staff profile.
Log into your Profile.
Go to the Documents tab.
In the top right corner of the page select Covid Survey.
Go through the questions answering Yes or No.
Once completed the Survey will save in the Documents tab.
If the Survey has already been completed for the day it will not appear to be completed until the next day.
Note: Staff Documents must be enabled in Settings > General > Modules in order for the survey to appear.
