How to Release a License (Force a User's Logout)

Use a Level 2 Admin to Force a User's Logout

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1)

Navigate to Settings > General > Security > Active Licenses > Active Users Page

Step 2)

Select from the Users Logged In menu which user you would like to log out.

Step 3)

Enter your own user's password in the Confirm Password field and choose Logout.





The user will be logged out and the license will then be available for another user.
