
1) Navigate to Settings > Practitioner ( and Open the Assistant's profile)
2) Select the Supervising Practitioner from the Supervisor drop-down menu

3) Ensure the Supervising Practitioner has their Telus Health tab's fields entered in correctly

4) When checking out an appointment for this Assistant Practitioner that will be billed to Telus, choose the Supervising Practitioner to be attached to the Service:

5) Process to Invoice Telus as usual.

Notes: Telus and the applicable Insurance company will view on the invoice the Supervising Practitioner and the treating Practitioner billing under them. |
