1) Navigate to Settings > Practitioner ( and Open the Assistant's profile)
2) Select the Supervising Practitioner from the Supervisor drop-down menu
3) Ensure the Supervising Practitioner has their Telus Health tab's fields entered in correctly under Settings>Staff>Practitioners>Practitioner Profile,>Telus Health tab.
4) When checking out an appointment for this Assistant Practitioner that will be billed to Telus, there will be a Secondary Practitioner field within the Checkout page that you will select the name of the supervisor practitioner.
5) Process to Invoice Telus as usual.
|Notes||Telus and the applicable Insurance company will view on the invoice the Supervising Practitioner and the treating Practitioner billing under them.|
