There are several places you can view credits and gift cards.
1. Open the Patient Profile, History tab, Credit tab.
2. Go to Accounting, Credits. In the search section enter the search criteria and perform the search. Credits will appear in a list at the bottom of the page.
3. When a patient has a credit on their account and you select to Complete and Invoice from an appointment on the schedule there will be a warning at the top of the popup indicating the patient has a credit.
