An invoice can be voided using either of these methods:
1) Patient Profile > History > Invoices
2) Accounting > Invoice Search
3) Accounting > Receivables
4) Home > Transactions Tab
If the invoice was created today, go to the Transactions tab from the schedule.
Under the Today's Sales section, select the invoice's menu and select Void.
Regardless of which link is used, the following Invoice / Void window will display:
Select the appropriate Void Code (reason for voiding) and select Void.
Note: Void codes and their reasoning can be edited in Settings > Voided Invoice Codes
