If you are a current user of the Telus eclaims Portal, follow either of these steps below to contact Telus and obtain information you will enter in your Juvonno system in order to bill your patients insurance directly
1) Contact By Email (Recommended):
Contact the TELUS Service Desk via email at tier2servicedesk@telus.com to obtain the “Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor”.
As requested by Telus, your request email must contain the following information:
Email Subject :
Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor
Email Body:
Full name of the provider or Clinic
Username
Phone number
Email (where the spreadsheet can be sent to).
2) Contact By Phone:
Contact Telus' Tier-2 Service Desk at 1-866-240-7492 and request the “Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor”.
Once you have the spreadsheet emailed, continue to enter the details in Juvonno as follows:
1. Go to Settings > Clinic.
2. Under Telus Health eClaims, enter the CPR Organization ID and the CPR Work Location ID
Note: You must be logged in as Admin Level 2 to see this section.
