The insurance card may state Group # or Contract # for certain insurers listed above, but these values must be entered in the corresponding required fields to be submitted through to Telus.

Doctor Note Required: In the System Contacts make sure you have the "Referring Practitioner" name entered. In the patient profile, under the Contacts section add the referring practitioner to the "Referred By" field. In the patient insurance record in the Policy Details section select the checkbox beside Dr. Rx required and/or Dr. Note required. |
