Pending and Partially Paid Claims with MB Health Managed Billing

PENDING CLAIMS

What is a Pending Claim?

Claims with this status have yet to be adjudicated by MB Health.  Once they are the status will automatically update.

PARTICALLY PAID CLAIMS

What is a Partially Paid Claim?

You can contact MB Health to find out why the claim was "Partially Paid".  They will advise you if the amount paid is the Maximum allowing for that claim.   In this case you will have to pay off the balance.

How to Pay off the balance of a Partially Paid Claim

STEPS

STEP 1 

From the Appointment Claim page click the icon to the left of the claim.

STEP 2

Select Manual payment.

STEP 3

Select to Pay the claim with the Manual Payment option and Save.
