How to Edit and Void a New Claim with MB Health Managed Billing

How to Edit a "New" Claim

A "New Claim" is a claim you have create that has not yet been submitted to MB Health. You are able to Edit them at any time from the "Appointment Claims" page until they have been submitted.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

From the Home page,  select the "Appointment Claims" link.



The Appointment Claims page will open.

Step 2

In the Search section, select the date range and set the "Status" field to "New".



A list of claims you created will appear at the bottom of the page.

Step 3

Click the icon to the left of the item.  Select "Open Claim" to begin editing.




The Claim screen will popup.

To delete a Tariff item, select the Red X beside the Tariff item to remove it.

Under the "Add Tariff" section enter the new Tariffs etc.

Make any other edits to the claim screen, when finished select Save.


How to Void a "New" Claim

Follow Step 1 and Step 2 above.

Click the icon to the left of the item you want to Void and select "Void".
