Below is a "Basic" check list of items for set up in your Juvonno system and the sequence to set up an Administrator Profile.

System Settings
These are the minimal settings that you must have to set up an Administrator.
1. Clinic Location: Go to Settings, Clinics. At least 1 clinic must be created.
2. Staff Groups: Go to Settings, Staff Groups. At least 1 staff group must be created.
3. User Types: Settings, User Types - at least 1 user type must set up.
Administrator Profile Settings
Administrator Profile tab
First/Last Name fields: Enter text.
Group: Select from the drop down menu. This is optional for Administrators.
Default Clinic: Select from the drop down options.
Login tab
Username: Create a username.
Password: Create a password.
User Type: Select from the drop down options.
Practitioner Access Tab
Under Individual Staff Access or Primary Group Access select which employees should be viewed on the schedule and if the administrator should have access to charts.
Preferences Tab
Dashboard: 1 clinic set to My Practitioners / if you have more than 1 location and the Administrator would like to select the clinic they want to view from the schedule, select Multi-Clinic Practitioners.
The administrator is now able to login with their username and password and see schedules and chart right away.
