How to create New Patient Profiles

There are 2 ways you can create a new Patient.

1. Home Page

From the Home Page select the Patient Tab, then New Patient.

2. Within a Claim

Select the New Claim option.

You will get the claim screen shown in the image below. Click the down arrow at the end of the Patient Name field and select New.

NOTE:

a. Out of Province Patient.

Select the correct Province from the drop options located at the end of the Health Care # field.
