Report : Chart Statistics

This report displays the practitioners' charting statistics.
Utilize it to keep track of your practitioner's outstanding patient charts.

Start by navigating to Invoice-Icon.png Reports.

Under the Statistics heading, select Chart Statistics.

Complete the Report Parameters in the available fields.

Clinic

Select either to include all or individual Clinics

Practitioners
Select to include individual or all Practitioners

Staff Group
Select to include individual or all Staff Groups

Start/End Date
Enter the date range for the report

 

 

Note: This report is only available to export in Excel format.

Columns & Calculations

  • Clinic (Practitioner's Default Clinic)
  • Practitioner (Treating patient)
  • Charts Completed (Charts created for arrived/completed appointments)
  • Charts Incomplete (Outstanding charts for arrived/completed appointments)
  • Percentage Completed (Total charts divided by arrived/completed Charts)

 

 

Note: Charts calculations are based on being created using one of these two methods. Charting from the patient profile will not be considered in this report.

  • Patient (Full Name)
  • Patient Chart Number
  • Patient Group (Entered in the Patient Profile)
  • Appointment Date
  • Status (Y = Appointment was Charted)
  • Status (N = Appointment has not been Charted)

 

 

Note: Chart status calculations are based on being created using one of these two methods. Charting from the patient profile will not be considered in this report. Each Practitioner has their own Excel sheet tab.
