- 95% of 'Default System Settings' are turned on in your new Juvonno Clinic Management Software.
- Follow along as we review specific settings that will tailor your Juvonno system, creating a streamlined workflow for your clinic(s) and users.
- We suggest that you do not change settings not listed below to prevent turning off vital features.

Bookmark your Juvonno URL
Open Google Chrome and bookmark your clinic's Juvonno URL.
Log in to Juvonno
Use the username and password supplied to log in to your Juvonno system.

While logged into your Juvonno system select the Question Mark icon/down arrow to have access to Live Support Chat and Knowledge Base.

Administrator Level 2 Profile
There is a Sample Administrator Highest Level profile set up in your Juvonno system.
This profile should be assigned to and used by the Owner of the clinic. It has the highest level of access (Level 2) no other Juvonno user can change the Username and Password.
This profile also provides access to set up for Provincial Billing modules and doing claim submissions if your clinic does claim billing.
Adjusting the Administrator Highest Level Profile
When you first log in with the Username and Password that was sent by your Sales Rep, you are able to change the username and password.
- Go to Settings > Administrators.
- Then open the profile of the “Admin Highest Level”.
- Edit the profile then “Apply Changes” button in the bottom right.
- Now go to the “Login” tab near the top of the page.
- Adjust the "Username" and "Password" and make note of it.
- Finish by clicking on "Save" at the bottom of the page.
This profile will be used to perform administrative functions on your system including the setup instructions contained in this document.
Setting Clinic Location(s)
This information is required for default(s) on patient invoices, notifications, reminders, prescriptions, and reports.
Parent Location
Go to:
- Settings > System Companies & Settings Section > General.
- Under the Company tab, enter the parent company details and Save.
Clinic Location/s
Once you have filled out the Parent Locations information it's time to fill out the clinic(s) information.
Whether you have one location or many locations be sure to set up the basic details of the clinic(s) inside of system settings.
One Clinic Location
Go to:
- Settings > System Companies & Settings Section > Clinic.
- Your system has a sample Clinic set up to get you started. Click the green “Open” icon to the left of the sample Clinic.
- Enter your Clinic details.
- Finish by clicking on Save.
More than One Clinic Location
Go to:
- Settings > System Companies & Settings Section > Clinic.
- Your system has a sample Clinic set up to get you started. Click the green “Open” icon to the left of the sample Clinic.
- Enter your firstclinic's details.
- Finish setting up that clinic location by clicking on Save.
- After creating the first Clinic and Saving, select “+New Clinic” button.
- Enter the details for the location then Save.
- Repeat this for each location.
Clinic Fields
Below is an explanation of what the fields within the Clinics relate to.

Enter “Custom Text” that you want to appear on patient Email reminders specific to this location. Example, where parking is located, upcoming promotions, new Practitioner introductions, etc.

Fill out your clinics normal operating hours. This section is optional as it does not affect scheduling.

Logo
The logo will appear on your Juvonno login page, the Portal and on Patient invoices. It can also be populated to custom Letters you build within the system.

TIP: If you have more than one location with separate logos, you can edit an image with both logos side-by-side and upload them as one. |

Note: Please follow the file restrictions: JPG, JPEG or PNG. |
Go to:
- Settings > General > Logo.
- Select the “Choose File” button.
- Locate the logo file on your computer and upload to Juvonno, then Save.
