The Inventory Option must be turned on by going to Settings>Clinics. Edit the clinic and select the "Track Inventory" option then Save.
Now to go to Setting>Products & Services. Open an item you have created. At the bottom of the item there will be a field "Track Inventory". Set that to Yes.
You will then see an "Inventory" tab within that Product & Service Item.
