How to Create an Eyeglass or Contact Lens Rx

Open the Patient Profile and go to the Chart tab.

Select the  button. Across the top of the page the Ocular Rx (Eyeglas Rx) tab will appear.

Select the Ocular Rx tab.

Select the "+New Eyeglass Rx "option.  This is the popup you will receive.

Select the "New Contact Lens" options and you will get this popup.
