Exporting Patients & Appointments from Universal Office
To perform the following procedures, open the Universal Office Backup Utility on your server computer.
A backup can be done only on the server. This backup includes both the data stored in the database as well as attached electronic files. To open Universal Backup, click Start > All Programs > Universal Office CPR > Universal Backup. Alternatively, click Backup Data on the main toolbar when Universal Scheduling is open.
Steps to Perform:
- Click on the Backup Universal Office Data button.
- Check the box next to the database you want to backup or check Select all.
- Choose a destination folder or leave it as default.
- Click Start.
The Universal Office Backup begins. - Click Done when finished.

Exporting Universal Office SOAP Note Charts and Case Files
Universal Office does not batch export Charts and Case Files. You will have to export charts individually as a PDF and upload to Juvonno as a CSV file using an online conversion tool.

Other Data Notes
After your subscription with Antibex is cancelled, you will have still have access to a read-only version.
Billing reports can be found in the Reports Manager.
