How to Use Accounting Software with Juvonno

  • Updated

Does my Clinic need Accounting Software?

Juvonno is a great system to run your day to day operation and manage your clinic, and it's even better when it's paired with a great accounting package.

An accounting package will allow you to write cheques for purchase orders, manage your payroll and run additional financials.

Patient Data

Patient data does not have to be entered in your accounting program, rather your revenue details should be moved over on a weekly/monthly basis when reconciliation of accounts occurs.

Accounting Software is Great For

  • Staff paychecks
  • Payroll taxes
  • Vendor payments
  • Monthly/Yearly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR)

We know that clinic owners are extremely busy, so a simplified process is chosen by most owners to avoid the double entry of data.

Which Accounting Software should Our Clinic Use?

  • Quickbooks
  • Simply Accounting
  • Freshbooks
  • Wave
  • We don't limit your options, as long as the accounting package accepts data input by MS Excel, you're good to go!

All of Juvonno's financial reporting is exported to Microsoft Excel, which in turn can be imported into your accounting software.

Accountant/Bookkeeper User Type

Feel free to set up your bookkeeper with a username and password in Juvonno. When setting up the User Type be sure to restricted chart access, and additional areas of patient information that the Accountant/Bookkeeper will not need to see.

Which Reports Should Our Clinic Export?

  1. (Daily) Day End Report
  2. (Monthly) Comprehensive Sales
  3. Payments Received Report
  4. Taxes Collected

Additionally, sales reports can be used to adjust the monthly entries to your clinic's accounting package.
