Follow along to export from DrChrono to Juvonno.
Exporting Patients from DrChrono
Start by selecting the patient's tab from your menu bar.
Next, select the patient list from the drop-down menu. In the top right corner of the page, you will see a button that says Export (CSV), click on it.
The file will start downloading to your local computer. You can find the file in your downloads folder on your machine. (For Mac users, the folder is in your finder, and for PC users the folder will be under 'My Computer'.
From there open the (.csv) file and transform the data into your Juvonno patient import template
Exporting Billing Data from DrChrono
All billing data is exported as a PDF and will need to be transformed into a CSV file through an online application. These forms will only export 50 appointments at a time, in which multiple exports may need to be completed.
Please go to the 'Billing' drop down and click on 'Lives Claims Feed'. Then enter the search criteria and select an update filter.
Once the forms are generated they will show up in your message center. If you choose the option 'Export to File' to the left of the 'Print HCFA' option it will only export out the claims details in a (.csv) file, and not the line items that you would get when you print out the entire form.
Exporting other DrChrono Files
Under the clinical tab, click on the reporting section, and click on the meaningful use of reports.
Next, select the desired date range in the two fields and click calculate all button. A report will be created in which you can then click on the export button to transfer to your local computer.
