Chart notes are important to your practitioners, they guide assessments and treatments with the documentation of past appointments.

Use the Chart Notes Import to mass upload all your existing chart notes.

Steps:

Go to the System Settings module, then click on Chart Notes listed under the Import heading.

You will get this page showing you a list of field options that can be imported.

Create an Microsoft Excel file and save as (.xlsx) or (.csv).

Below is a sample document.

Click on the choose file button and select the file from your local computer. Then click on the import button in the bottom right-hand corner.

Locate the file on your computer then select the Import button.

Notes: 

- If you are performing an import that creates errors within your system and the data does not match or there are any importing issues that require a developer to reverse the import there will be a charge of $150.00 per hour.
