The Patient Profile's General Tab displays the patient's go-to information. Everything from addresses, contact information, contacts and more.
Active Complaints: To show the patients Active Complaints at the top of the page go to Settings, General, System, Patients, Show Active Complaints and Prescriptions and set this field to Yes.
Current RX: To show the patients Current Rx at the top of the page go to Settings, General, System, Patients, Show Active Complaints and Prescriptions and set this field to Yes.
Chart #: If you have your system settings set to manually create Chart #'s be careful not to enter the Health Care # in this field as it will start your next chart after the number you enter.
Health Care #: Enter this number for Provinces where it is required.
PHIN #: This item is required for Manitoba only.
Residence Code: Set up under Settings> Residence Codes (Ontario)
Home, Work, Cell #: Format (416) 222-2222
Enter the number's you have and select which will be the default. If the patient will be receiving Text Reminders make sure you select the Cell # as the Default. If the patient would receive an automated robocall reminder, ensure you have selected the Home number or the Cell number as the default.
Upload a Picture: You can upload an image of the patient if you have it saved on your computer.
Default Practitioner: This is optional, select the default practitioner if you want to perform searches and create patient reports based on this field.
Default Clinic: If there a Default Clinic set the invoice and chart location will default to what you have selected. If there is no Default Clinic set the invoice and chart will default to the information entered under Settings>General>Company information.
Group: Patient Groups are set up under Settings>Patient Groups. You have the option to select 1 group per patient.
There are several places on Juvonno a Patient Group can be applied.
a. Patient Tab, the "Group" column can be selected to be displayed.
Go to Settings>General>Sytem>Patients>Search Columns>Groups and set to Enabled then Save.
b. Reports: Patients>Advanced Search>Search. Select "Add Filter". In the search drop-down options select "Patient Group" if you would like to target the search for a Patient Group. Select Search. The results with patients who have a group selected will appear in the list at the bottom of the page.
To create the report, select the "Excel" icon. An Excel report will be created with the details for patients who have a Patient Group set in their profile.
c. Patient Groups can be applied to Products & Services by going to Settings>Products & Services. Open an item and go to the "Patient Group Prices" tab to set this up.
Discounts: This feature must be turned on by going to Settings>General>Modules>Patient Discounts. Enable the feature and Save.
Active: Set this field to "No" if you do not want the patient to appear in reports results.
Deceased: You can select the checkbox when the Patient is Deceased and enter a date. Also, set the "Active" field on this Tab to "No" so that the patient does not appear in reports.
Notes: Select the "Timestamp" link to auto-populate the current date and time into the Note. Type a custom note and Save.
Warnings: Select the "Timestamp" link to auto-populate the current date and time into the Warning. Type a custom warning and Save. This will appear in a popup depending on the settings you selected under Settings>General>System>Scheduling>Patient Warnings section.
