1. Complete the pre-built Health History Medical Intake form.
2. Access custom built Intake forms that have been created under Settings>Intake Forms & Chart Templates.
3. Show or hide Intake forms to the patient in the portal on an individual basis by selecting the "Administer Forms" tab button from the Patient Profile as shown below.
4. Create Medical Warnings.
5. Create Complaints.

When selecting the "Administrator Forms" tab you will get a list of all the Custom Intake Forms you have created in the system.
You will be able to set them to Hide or make them Visible in the portal to the patient on an individual basis.
Open the patient profile, click the Intake tab, Medical Warning section.
Select to "Add" a Medical Warning.
Note: The Medical Warning tab in the patients Chart tab will turn Red to draw attention to it.
Create a Complain the same way you create the Medical warnings.
The Active Complaint can also be viewed on the Patient profile General tab.
Note: Complaints must be enabled by going to Settins, Genearl, Patients, Medical Profile Section, Complaints field should be Enabled.
