Patient complaints are one of the most important items to complete in order to properly asses a patient and track their ongoing progress.
Practitioners will often track:
- Patient Name
- Title of Complaint
- Onset Date
- Onset Location
- Priority - Low, Medium, High, Urgent
- Status - Active, Inactive, Discharged
Create a patient complaint either from their profile or create a complaint right from a chart.
Add a Complaint:
Open a Patients profile, and click on the Intake tab.
On the right side, click on the [+Add] button located in the Complaint History.
Enter in the Complaint's details and Save.
Complaints appear in two areas of the Patient Profile:
Patients Profile - Intake Tab
Patients Profile - General Tab
Search Added Complaints:
You can search for complaints within the Charts tab using the drop-down list beside Complaint:.
