Patient complaints are one of the most important items to complete in order to properly asses a patient and track their ongoing progress.
Practitioners will often track:
- Patient Name
- Title of Complaint
- Onset Date
- Onset Location
- Details
- Priority - Low, Medium, High, Urgent
- Status - Active, Inactive, Discharged
Create a patient complaint from their profile or create a complaint right from a chart.
How to Add a Complaint:
Step 1
Open a Patients profile, and click on the Intake tab.
Step 2
On the right side, click on the [+Add] button located in the Complaint History.
Step 3
Enter in the Complaint's details and Save.
How to Find Complaints in the Patient Profile
Complaints can be found in 2 places inside the Patient Profile

How to Search Added Complaints
You can search for complaints within the Charts tab using the drop-down list beside Complaint:.
