Where to create Contacts to select in Patient Profiles:
1. Go to Settings>Contacts>New Contact. You are also able to create your own Contact Types under Settings>Contact Types.
For this report, you will select "External Practitioner" as the Referring Practitioner Type then Save.
Patient Profile:
1. Open the patient profile, locate the Contact Section. In the Referred by Field start typing the name of the contact you created and it will auto-populate.
2. You are also able to add a new External practitioner by selecting the down arrow at the end of the field and select "Add". Enter the Practitioner details and Save then start typing the contact name you just created and it will populate.
Where to create the Report:
Go to Settings>Reports>Referring Practitioners. Set the criteria and Create the report.
