You are able to set up referral Types then set them in the Patient Profile.
1. Go to Settings>Referral Types>New Referral Type.
2. Create the Types you want for example: Internet, Promotion, Trade Show etc.
3. Open the patient profile and locate the Referral Type Field.
4. Select the Referral Type and the Date of the Referral then Save.
5. Go to Reports, Referrals by Type and create this report.
