Select the time you would like the system to send patient appointment email reminders.
Appointment Emails Section:
Patient Booking Notification & Reminder Message:
A Notification is sent to the patient every time they book an appointment if you have the option set to send. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the Notification and the Patient Reminder Message in addition to the auto populated information that Juvonno sends to the patient, Practitioner Name, Date of Appointment, Time of Appointment and Duration.
NOTE: If you have more than 1 Clinic location, Under Settings>Clinics in the Email Section, you would enter custom content specific to that location.
You will enter the tag {cliniccontent} in this section to prompt the system to send the patient the custom content you entered under each of the Clinic locations Email section and add this additional content that applies to all locations.

Accepted Appointment Request (Portal only):

The portal must be enabled. You can select to "Auto-Accept Portal Appointments" by going to Setting>General>System>Portal>Scheduling Section>Auto-Accept Portal Appointments.
When set to Yes you will see a tab on your Schedule dashboard titled "Pending" in Red when there is a pending appointment. This allows you to accept or decline an appointment".
Enter text you want to appear at the bottom of these emails.
Invoicing Emails Section:
Patient Invoice Email: When a patient asks for an email copy of their invoice/receipt this is the email that accompanies the invoice. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the email.
Voided Invoice Section:
Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the email that is sent to recipients you entered on the Accounting tab, Voided Invoice field.
Patient Portal Confirmation (Portal only):
The portal must be enabled. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the patients Portal Confirmation email.
Patient Portal Invitation (Portal only)
The portal must be enabled. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the patients Portal Invitation. The portal invitation will stay valid for 3 days from date it is sent.
