Injury Area
1. Go to Settings>Injury Areas>New Injury Area.
2. Add the injury area then Save.
3. You are able to select these injury areas within a Patient Profile>Insurance record Claim Information section>Injury Area.
4. The injury area will appear on the invoice when the insurance company is selected to pay the whole or partial part of an invoice.
Injury Nature
1. Go to Settings>Injury Nature>New Injury Nature.
2. Add the injury nature area then Save.
3. You are able to select these injury natures within a Patient Profile>Insurance record Claim Information section>Injury Nature.
4. The injury area will appear on the invoice when the insurance company is selected to pay the whole or partial part of an invoice.
