How to Use Product & Service Groups

Use Product & Service Groups to further filter products and services when creating reports.

• Sales - Comprehensive Sales Report
• Sales - Line Item Sales By Practitioner
• Sales - Item Sales By Date
• Statistics - Products & Services

Set Up Steps

 Go to:

• Settings > Product & Services Groups > + New Group

Step 2: Fill out the fields attached to the group

• Code: Enter a code if applicable
• Name: Type in a group name

How to Add a Group to a Product or Service

To add a Product & Service item to a Group go to

• Settings > Products & Services > Open a Product or Services Profile
• Click the blue icon to the left of the item. Select the "Add" button under the Products Group section and select the Group from the drop-down menu then Save.
