It's industry standard to update your username and password on a regular basis. Set standards within your clinic to set a monthly or quarterly password updated. This helps enusre your user's logins are secure.

1. Change a Password from your User Account
To reset your password click on your user picture in the top right corner of your Juvonno system. Select the 'Profile' option.
Once in your account head to the Login Tab. From there adjust the New Password and the Verify Password fields. Both of the fields must be exactly the same and is case sensitive to continue.
2. Change a Password from an Administrator Account
If you have an administrator account, you may have access to adjust the user password of those with lower security access. This may come in handy when setting up new user profiles or adjusting a password of a user that has simply forgotten it!
Go to Settings>Staff section select Administrators, Practitioners or Employees option.
Once in the users account head to the Login Tab. From there adjust the New Password and the Verify Password fields. Both of the fields must be the exact same text to continue.
3. Forgot Password
Your request for a password to be resent from the login page if you’ve forgotten your current login details.
|Tip||You must have a valid email address on your profile to receive this email.|
You will need to enter the email address linked to your user profile to retrieve and reset your password.
