Hotlinks
Hotlinks in Juvonno are used for products and services that patients are most often seen and billed for.
Each Juvonno user can set up hotlinks within their user profile to display their top ten most used products and services. This can help cut down on time spent searching for the correct product or service to bill for and set standards for your clinic when billing. Locate hotlinks within administrators and practitioners profile, on the schedule when creating appointments and connected to treatment plans.
Steps to Setting Up Hotlinks
Administrators and Practitioners Profile Hotlinks
To set up hotlinks under the administrator or practitioner profile. Go to Settings > Administrator OR Practitioner > Open profile > Preference.
Be sure to turn hotlinks to 'Yes' in the user's profile, then log out and refresh the browser.
Go back to Go to Settings > Administrator OR Practitioner > Open profile > Preference and type in the product or service number along with the name of the item in the hot links field.

When you set up the hotlinks under the user's profile, this means that when the user logs in those are the hotlinks they will see.
Example:
- Administrator - Trish
- Practitioners: Clark Kent, Wendy Masley, Patty Yearly
When Trish logs into Juvonno and creates an appointment on Clark, Wendy, or Patty's schedule she will only be able to see the hotlinks associated with her own profile.
Scheduling Using Hotlinks
Now that you have your hotlinks set up for your clinic's practitioners and administrators, it's time to start using them!
When scheduling an appointment to use the hotlinks button at the bottom of the appointment to quickly select 'hotlink' products or service to add to the patient's appointment.
